We’ve been having a few problems with customer’s cards being refused at the point of payment. However, when they try another card it often works even if the card is from the same bank and type (e.g. debit or credit). This has happened enough times for me to think it’s at our end rather than the customer. We’re only using STRIPE so this might be their issue but wondered if anyone else has had this problem and knows the best fix, if there’s one at all.
