Cards being refused


Hi all

We’ve been having a few problems with customer’s cards being refused at the point of payment. However, when they try another card it often works even if the card is from the same bank and type (e.g. debit or credit). This has happened enough times for me to think it’s at our end rather than the customer. We’re only using STRIPE so this might be their issue but wondered if anyone else has had this problem and knows the best fix, if there’s one at all.

This might happen because the customers address is different to the billing address of the card.
If you can use the support system to let us know some of the customers affected then we can look into it further but this problem is almost always related to card security rather than system error.
