Seeing customer notes

HI all

Seems s very simple thing but when I click on individual order numbers I can’t see any notes that my customers have put there, e.g. where something should be delivered if they’re out. Is there a different view I need to be looking at?

Hi Simon,

In the list of orders under the state of each order you’ll see a warning triangle if there are notes. If you hover over this, it will display the note. I think this and the order confirmation email are the only places where you can see the notes. If the note is very long, the above display actually cuts it off and you see only part but it normally works ok.

Oh and I guess the delivery report shows them too. That’s quite important actually.
