In this community forum customers, producers, hub managers and contributors to OFN UK come together to help local food flourish. Here is the place for ideas about what you’d like to see for the future of OFN. Here is the place to get to know how other producers, customers and hubs use OFN across the country. And here is the place to ask that question that might be obvious. There are no stupid questions here!
How to use this Forum
If you’re looking for help with a specific question, firstly browse through the categories to see if someone has already asked the same question. Click on the Categories tab from the home page, and you’ll see our different categories, along with the most recently posted questions. Click on the category to see all the topics that have been posted there. Our categories are pretty self-explanatory, but just to be sure;
Hub Users If you’re a hub or producer and need help with running your enterprise, taking orders, or any aspect of the ‘back end’ of your shop, this is the place to post.
Customer Users If you’re shopping at an OFN hub and need help or things aren’t working properly for you, post your query here
Wish List If you’d like a new feature for OFN, or think it could work better with a few changes, post your ideas here and start a discussion
Community Chat This is for posts not directly linked to using OFN, but still relevant to our community. You could ask about how other people run their hubs, get help with marketing or share funding ideas.
If you can’t find an answer to your query, start a new topic by selecting ‘Post A Topic’ from the home page. One of our support team will reply as soon as we can, but we are small and part time team so please be patient! Please help us by giving as much detail as you can, and attach any screenshots if this will help explain your query.
